01 / REQUEST
Send what it is, photos if you have them, and a preferred window. Typical reply: two days.
02 / QUOTE
Prints from a file or description. Repairs after I see the item. Nothing starts until it's a fit.
03 / HANDOFF
New clients meet in public: Bedford Public Library lot or Bedford Police Department lot, by appointment. People I already know can arrange something simpler. I don't publish a home address.
04 / WORK
If the cost changes, I stop and ask. Live AV is weekends only, on-site.
05 / PICKUP + PAY
Same lots unless we already know each other. Pay when you pick it up.
